Global Filipino participants
The notice tied to current residence applies first. Demosight also applies the Philippine notice when processing information about Philippine citizens or residents where Philippine law reaches the activity. When standards overlap, we apply the more protective operational rule.
Universal Demosight boundary
We do not sell respondent-level data, create advertising audiences from panel identities, use biometric identification, request immigration documents, or place behavioral-advertising pixels inside surveys. Names and contact details are kept in a restricted identity record and never appear beside answers or in public reports, client deliverables, dashboards, or downloadable research results. Research results are de-identified and aggregated, with small result cells suppressed.
